For best results, we recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and laying flat to dry. Avoid harsh detergents and bleach to keep the fabric soft.
What sizes do your newborn coming-home outfits come in?
Our outfits are designed specifically for newborns and are available in sizes Newborn (NB) 3 Months and 6 Months to ensure a perfect fit for your little one.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard processing time is 3-4 business days, plus shipping time. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
I made a mistake in my order details (size, color, name, etc.). What should I do?
If you notice an error in your order details, reach out to us immediately at linkababykids@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to update your order before it is processed.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since our outfits are handmade and often personalized, we do not accept returns on customized items. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help!
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before your order has been processed and shipped.
My order has already shipped. Can I still make changes?
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. However, if there is an issue, please contact us, and we will do our best to find a solution.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders as soon as possible, so if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12-24 of placing it. After this timeframe, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.
